The compulsory time students spend at school is 32 hours 30 minutes per week.
Arrival
The school gates will open at 8.40am. On arrival children are requested to proceed to the playground and then go straight to their class. All children are expected to be in class by 8.50am for registration.
Note: The school cannot accept responsibility for children who arrive too early. Children may not arrive in school before 8.40 a.m. as the school gates will not be open until then.
Absence
The school office should be notified of any absence before 9.00am. Absence can be reported either via telephone or via Arbor.
Absence should be reported every day that your child is not attending school. Any absence that is not reported will be unauthorised.
Late Arrival
Children arriving late must be accompanied by their parent/carer and report directly to the school office. The parent/carer will be required to sign their child into school and provide a reason for late arrival.
Collection
The school gates will open at 3.15pm. Parents are asked to wait on the school playground until children are dismissed from class.
The school should always be made aware of any changes to collection arrangements.
Medical appointments
Medical and dental appointments should be booked outside of school hours. Where this is not possible, an appointment card/letter must be provided to the school office.
